Vierblatt-Hauptrotorkopf Graupner 4448.400 An extremely robust 4-blade main rotor head of all-metal construction with GRP blade holders. The blade shafts are individually mounted and supported in rubber dampers, producing optimum flapping characteristics of the rotor when used with the recommended main rotor blades.
The rotor blades required are two standard sets, Order No. 1272

these blades were originally designed to be used optionally without a Hiller rotor, which is the method employed in this application. The swashplate of this rotor head is controlled using a 45° offset linkage, as this allows the use of straight pushrods to the blades. The offset linkage requires either a radio control system with a virtual swashpla
