1. Demands to ordered article: In your customer account they always receive the most current conditions of your order. Likewise they can start the GLS Packettracking here. With the dispatch they keep also a TrackingLink sent. Articles will be in the arrears from us, as soon as we received the articles from the manufacturers, baldigst and them free of charge delivered subsequently. The status “despatch department” means that your transmission is in the dispatch. Sufficient/all articles should be storing go the transmission immediate raus, this can them on the next day over the TrackingLink seeing.
